The agents channel serves two purposes. It is a place that a homebuyer or seller can view some of our relocation real estate professionals, the services they provide and get connected. Pictures of agents and a more detailed profile page of all the areas they serve and their specialties will be coming soon.

The second purpose is to create a real estate community where real estate agents can work together to send each other referrals. This private section will be coming soon. We look forward to your feedback and suggestions.

We currently have information about what Title Insurance is and the different policies. We will be adding Title insurance companies by state and any educational information they can provide about Title Insurance issues. Please let us know what you think.

It is very important that when purchasing or selling a home to get a home inspection. When purchasing a home, you should know what you are buying, any current problems that home may have plus any potential problems that may arise later. When selling a home you as the seller are responsible for disclosing any problems or defects that property has and a professional home inspector can help bring those to your attention. Our goal is to have a robust list of home inspectors across the United States. We are also going to allow these home inspectors to add home inspection tips and advice in the future.

Many times the consumer can save money by locating a foreclosure. Our goal to provide our users with foreclosures that are available for purchase and we will also be accumulating educational information as we find it and making it available. Please let us know what would be helpful and useful.

When relocating to a new area or state many times your existing insurance will not be valid in that state. So our goal is to allow our users to find and locate a new insurance provider. We also want to give them choices and get multiple quotes from different providers plus allow them to use different tools and educational information to figure out the coverage needed.

We are going to bring two styles of moving solutions to our users. The first will be the new Auction-Style that is gaining great popularity. Our partner that will be powering that is UShip. Users will be able to post their shipment through the system and movers and haulers will be able to bid on it. Many people are saving allot of money moving this way.

The second solution will allow our users to get multiple quotes from traditional movers.  We will also be adding as many tools we kind find to help educate our users about the moving process.

We are in the process in redeveloping our rentals section to allow property managers, owners and landlords to list their rentals for free on National Relocation. Our goal is to have the largest database of rental properties for potential rentals to search from. Please let us know what would be helpful to bring more value to this channel.

Our goal is to provide as much information for our users regarding a specific location they are considering relocating to. It is very important for home buyers to know what the current home values and market trends in a specific town or neighborhood are. Our research also shows that the home buyers are interested in area information such as schools, demographics and basic quality of life information. We also provide a service for home buyers to fill out a form and get connected with an area relocation real estate agent. The agent can set up a custom MLS search that will send the buyers new listings as they become available.

We are currently working with designers to make National Relocation a better resource plus provide relocation data and information in a more usable format. We are open to any suggestions that would make the site flow better for the user.
