When purchasing a home, you should know what you are buying, any current problems that home may have plus any potential problems that may arise later. When selling a home you as the seller are responsible for disclosing any problems or defects that property has and a professional home inspector can help bring those to your attention. Our goal is to have a robust list of home inspectors across the United States. We are also going to allow these home inspectors to add home inspection tips and advice in the future.
